Qualifications: - Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher and Mindfulness Teacher. - Mindful Schools Teacher I have qualifications in HlthSc (Education), Dip. Kinesiology, Dip. Applied Sc. (Paramedic), Cert IV in Workplace Training. I am an experienced Mindfulness Teacher. I have a sound knowledge of health and adult education, stemming from many years of experience working with diverse populations in the roles of; Paramedic, Clinical Educator, Primary Health Care Worker and Rehabilitation Counsellor. I have worked with many people from a variety of different back grounds, and time and time again I see that we are all seeking similar things; to feel connected and to experience a sense of equanimity amidst the ebb and flow of life. I am passionate about the workability of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion as skills that can enable people to develop these qualities in their life.
